Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that, in line with our commitment to quality and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for reasons other than factory damage or defects. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used, customized, or altered in any way after leaving our factory.


Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production and fulfillment process. As a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes after 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
